Howdy and thanks for coming!!! Hurray! I finally updated all the pictures!!! I'm so proud of myself...and it only took 3 years! We still live in Suffolk, VA, and thankfully not blown away by tornadoes about a week ago. Got some damage in the neighborhood. I don't ever want to be calling home on my cell yelling at my kids to "get balled up in the closet NOW!" while speeding home from a class in Norfolk, after hearing the warning on the radio to take cover. You never want to have that feeling, let me tell you! Watching the skies change and trying to get home to what? save my kids? Supermom? No control over the situation. Lots of praying going on while I was driving like Steve McQueen on meth. So all turned out okay. God listened and we're here another day. Anyhoo - married 17 years this Sept., and 3 kids. Olivia 12, Brian 10, and Joey 7 in June. Husband (Jim) comes and goes overseas, I'm still cranking away at the degree (should graduate FINALLY in 2009). It remains to be seen. I personally won't believe it until the sheepskin is in my hand. Busy life, kids keep my laughing (well, sometimes yelling, too). I guess I'm okay if my youngest writes this on the Mother's Day book he gave me yesterday (they can never wait). They had to assign descriptions for each letter of MOTHER: M - Marvelous O - One T - Tired H - Hilarious E - Excellent R - Radiant I was flattered, especially about the Radiant part, but then when I asked him if he thought of that one himself, he said "Yes, we just read 'Charlotte's Web'." If you will recall, part of the song from that was about some "Fine Swine, wish he were mine...what if he's not so big? He's some terrific, radiant, humble, thing-a-ma-jig-of-a-pig..." or some such. Great. Well, I guess Wilbur wasn't so bad, so I'll take it. I have no pride. So -- you might notice that I have some interesting pets? Well, they asked what pets you have (or wish you had).
